Recieving other peoples notifications

So, i have a Charge 2, my boyfriend has one just like mine and we both bought them from the same store brand new on Amazon around Valentine's day almost a year ago. And ive just recently started having this problem where I'll randomly get other peoples notifications/calls and texts and theyre from people i dont even know! I dont know how this is happening, its always been synced to my phone, but it'll tell me "Michelle's iphone: message"blah blah blah"" and some dude named daniel just called me, but it doesnt show up on my cellphone so i know its not someone trying to reach me! I dont know what to do and its driving me insane lol

How odd this has happened to you. Are you able to sync? I would suggest you sync, log out of your account, turn off bluetooth, restart the phone and reinstall the Fitbit app. See if that does anything for you.

It happens that you will get notifications from Fitbit, especially when you're in a challenge with others. You sure that isn't what you're seeing?

If you get a call from some dude named Daniel, is that person on your contact list? It would have to be or you wouldn't see the name pop up on your device or phone.

I know its not from being in challenge with someone because I'm getting their personal texts, lol and i dont have their names or numbers on my cell, i don't even have them on facebook!😞 i have not a clue who they are😕😕 also when i get these notifications, they dont show up as coming through on my phone so i can't contact them back or see who they are so thats why I'm so darn confused! Lol i will try what you suggested though and hopefully it works!!! Wish me Luck!

The only time I've heard of such a thing is if you got someone else's fitbit and the other person still has bluetooth connection to your tracker.  Are you always near the same person when you get these?  Did you and your boyfriend maybe get trackers accidentally switched?

 I'm not around the same person unfortunately, i get them at home and at work or the store just RANDOMLY! and we havent switched trackers before, i did do a reset on my tracker and i havent gotten anything today! Hoping that solved my problem!
