Recorded exercises with the Fitbit versa 4 don't show up anymore in the Android app

Even if I record my CrossFit exercise with the versa 4 watch, when I sync the app it appears as Moderate/Intense activity and not as before as CrossFit and I m not able to see in detail how I performed.

Not even the automatically detected activity by the watch shows.

I already logged out, uninstalled the App, updated the watch software and nothing worked.
