On my phone - they come up every morning. I had said yes when it asked and now I don't want them.

Hello @Jasmynsmom70
You probably already deleted the tile from your Today section in the Fitbit App (phone). Hence first you need to re-enable it (Discover tab, Blood Glucose). Then click on the just enabled tile and then top right press the gear and then switch off the reminders.
Let us know if it works for you.

Probably if the tile is removed, then notifications should be disabled as well. Also, the initial prompt about glucose is confusing, it seems like Fitbit itself can measure it which is the only reason i enabled this setting in the first place (I do not have any other devices that measure blood sugar) - otherwise reminders are not useful if you don't have means to measure it.
