my phone would not find my watch, i ended up unpairing it and now i dont find where i should pair them again... so fustrating 😞 I dont want to create a new account..
if anyone can help that would be great 🙂

Hello @myValversa what do you mean by unpairing the tracker?
To unpair the tracker from the phone, the user goes into the phones Bluetooth settings and removed the tracker from the list of trusted Bluetooth devices.
The user also, as when setting the tracker up, will not be able to Pair a tracker, this is a job for the Fitbit App to do dieting the next sync.
Doing the unpair is often all that is needed to get a tracker to sync.
On Android clearing the phones cache also may be help full.
