A warm welcome to the Community @Cass88. I think you were editing your food plan. Having a food plan will help you to know how many calories you need to eat daily and how much exercise you should do. To verify this, please do the following from your Android Fitbit app:
1. From the app dashboard, tap and hold the Food Plan tile.
2. Tap Edit Food Plan.
3. Tap Edit Plan at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter your weight goal.
5. Tap Next.
6. Choose a food plan and navigate through the food plan screens by tapping Next.
7. Tap Save Plan.
