Are the issues with the Android update also affecting the log on on the app? I can log in to my dashboard on my laptop just fine but when I try to do it on my Android app it tells me that either my email or password are not valid. I have tried changing the password and also reinstalled the app several times and still no luck.
GOT IT SORTED (don't think I can delete original post)

Hi there,
I am not sure what exactly I did, as I was working with someone from Fitbit through the Facebook page who suggested trying various things. I am unable to link it here but it is in a thread on the "Community" section on the Fitbit Facebook page.
They sent me links to "Changing your password" and "The Worldwide Clock" and told me to do a force stop of the app as well as clear the cache. Again, I am not sure which step helped but I am guessing a combination of all of it. The app has been working fine since.
