Hi all -
I had a go with the Fitbit app about five years ago so I have an account set up with a load of old data on it. I'm now planning to restart and do it properly - but is there a way I can delete all the info and start where I am rather than have it compare everything to where I was half a decade ago?

The easiest way to do this would be to set up a new fitbit account but you would need to use a different email address. If you'd rather use the same email then you'd need to contact customer to get your account deleted and then you can set up a new account with the old address. You can contact customer support via:
