I have just got a new phone and have lost all my years data on my fitbit .how can it be retrieved

Hi, @E1luj! Are you sure you logged on with the same account? No data are stored on a phone, they're all uploaded/downloaded from the Fitbit servers, so you wouldn't have lost any data by changing over.
