Re entering this as I accidentally closed the last string:
Samsung S9 cannot open email from charge 3
When my fitbit charge 3 sends out it's summary emails, I get the notification on my phone. But when I go to my email to read it (tapping on the notification) it says 'email can' t be read, email deleted.' If I expand the notification on my phone, i see the first line and that's it. Why is my S9 rejecting the emails?
Ok, trying to get accustomed to this forum, looks like I may have closed this string... it does this only to the weekly reports. I will try to remember to take a screen capture when it happens again. It is the only instance where my phone deletes emails.

Sorry @JAG.Orangecrest I'm having problems following you, the Charge 3 does not send out emails. What is the heading of these emails?
Are you referring to the weekly summary.

These are sent to your email program, from Fitbit, not the tracker.
Then Fitbit sends the notification of new email to the tracker.
Pressing open on the tracker should open this email up on the phone.
If it does get deleted, go to your trash and use the unclear function.
Or forget the tracker and open this email up in your email program.
