the option to set the active minutes goal for my charge 2 on the android app has gone missing! I've reset my fitbit and uninstalled/reinstalled the app, to no avail. what the heck! it's stuck forever at 120 minutes.
UPDATE: I compared my Charge 2's settings in the Android app to those of my wife's similar Fitbit, and in settings my tracker showed "Linked to another device" for some reason. Once I deleted that, it now lets me configure the activity minutes as desired. A possibility is that due to having exchanged a previous defective Charge 2 for my current one, that one parameter got stuck at the earlier tracker's setting, causing it to be inaccessible for updating. Maybe a bug in the app?

Hello there @DeviceGuru, I was reading your post and certainly this is an odd behavior. Something that I'm sure is that this is not a bug in the app, as I haven't seen reports of this issue in the Android app.
I'm happy to hear whatsoever, you were able to find the solution and all is working now. Thank you for updating your post with the solution.
See you later and stay awesome!

Had exactly the same issue and solved the same way. I think my fitbit was also linked to my work mobile.

My phone has never been linked to any other device besides my charge 3 but after a recent firmware upgrade my active minutes goal disappeared and it's permenantly stuck at 40 minutes! I hope they didn't take it away as that it my main goal!
