ISSUE: I turn on an exercise like a "Run" or "Walk" on my Sense, and it record fine. However, it will not show up in the activity tab of the app on Android. I've tried all the normal stuff, restart this and that, factory reset, uninstall and reinstall, and no joy!!

Today i turned on all the dashboard options, and low an behold. When you turn on "Exercise Days" they all show up. However, they show up on the dashboard and there is a link to them. They do NOT show up in the activity tab itself. Apparently one of the last software updates broke them appearing in that tab.

Welcome to the community forums, @BigQ762.

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense and the steps that you've tried on your own. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Because of the title of your post, could you confirm if the issue was indeed resolved? If so, please share the steps that worked for you so we can help other members around the forums.

On the other hand, if the issue persists, try the following steps one more time to see if they make a difference:

  1. On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back one screen, tap Force Stop and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Tap on the Exercise tile and check if your details appear correctly.
