i have seen that many many people have lost sync abilities when Android updated on or about October 26th. any chance of that getting resolved soon. I have a Galaxy S9 and the Ionic that has never had any issues until that update.
Best AnswerI had sync issues since the 27th of October on my Versa with Galaxy S7. No syncing, even after restarting my Phone several times. However: after restarting my Versa syncing workes fine again after app. 15 minutes.

Best AnswerGenerally if an app update causes problems a phone restart will fix it.
I did have to clear my fitbits cache earlier this week.
