Hello,
I have a Charge HR that stopped connecting to my Samsung 4s Android phone. The Charge HR still connects to my laptop (Win 10) via the FitBit dongle. After connecting my Charge HR to my laptop via the FitBit Dongle, the FitBit app running on my Samsung 4s phone recieves the updated data. But my Charge HR won't sync to my Samsung 4s (which I have been syncing to for over a year.)
Some background:
- Phone has not had an update to the OS
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the FitBit app on the phone
- The phone has been turned off multiple times
- I have performed a soft reset on the Charge HR
- I have performed a factory reset on the Charge HR
Any ideas?
