Hi is the Samsung A20 fully compatible with fitbit app? I want to purchase this phone however I had an IPhone and I was unable to respond to texts on fitbit. Now I have Huawei y6 and it does not sync automatically I have to click on the app to sync it which sort of defeats the purpose.

Hi @Lottie22 a simple search brings up some posts on the A20 that are solved.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Before answering your question, I'd like to let you know that, to improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. This is the reason why your Fitbit is not automatically syncing with your phone.

 

Answering your Samsung Galaxy A20 question, this phone is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services but just as @Rich_Laue shared, some users resolved the issues experienced with such mobile device.
