Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and 10+ compatibility

Any idea when the FitBit app will be updated to support the Samsung Note 10 and Note 10+? The list of devices stops at Note 9. The Note 10 has been out for a while, and unfortunately I can't get the sleep to track and sync.

Hi @plexusmary, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post.Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they properly work with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and 10+ will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advise for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.

Regarding the syncing difficulties you're experiencing, if you haven't already done so I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

And in regards the sleep information that's not being tracked, can you please let me know which Fitbit device are you using? You're not receiving Sleep Stages (if applicable) or sleep information at all? How many times you experienced this and when was the first time? Looking forward to your reply. You can restart your device in the meantime.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
