just purchased Samsung s20ultra, they've only been out a short time. Just wondering if any one knows if it will work with versa 2

I have the charge 2. No notification from my note 20 ultra.
Its also not letting me listen to the downloaded music from deezer app either.

When will the watch be compatible with the Galaxy Note Ultra 20? My watch won't sync with the phone so I can't see the splits for my jogs. Please fix the compatibility.

Its crazy right? Almost like they don't want to support new devices other than Googles. Going to get rid of this **ahem** Versa 2 and go with Samsungs watch

I cannot get my S20 and my Fitbit Sense to link. Are they compatible?

Hmmm, I have had no problem getting my Sense to pair and sync with my S20. I suggest that you unpair your Sense from the Fitbit app on your S20, delete the Fitbit app from your S20 and factory reset your Sense. Then, reinstall the Fitbit app on your S20, and go through the process of setting up your Sense (strictly follow the setup steps). Hopefully, this will work. If not, call Fitbit technical support.

Has there been any progress on listing the Note20 as a compatible device yet?
Really frustrating when battery runs out or I simply forget to wear the Fitbit Device....

I have never had a problem pairing and syncing my various Fitbit devices to my Samsung phones. I currently have a Fitbit Sense and a Samsung Galaxy S20. I suggest that you go ahead and setup your Fitbit Versa with your Samsung S20 Ultra per the setup instructions.

if you work for fitbit why can you not just answer straight forward. When will or will there at all be an upgrade to work with the Samsung?
I have a watch that does not work for what I bought it for so it's simple. Is there going to be a fix or not so that those of us who need it to work will buy a Samsung watch instead of fitbit

Samsung phones do not play nice with Fitbits, the rep at the phone store told me this is a known issue. Apparently Samsung wants you to buy their watches. I had a Samsung phone for about a week and returned it, I've had a Fitbit for years and that was a deal breaker for me.

I just bought my S20 and discovered the same issue with Fitbit and other APPs.
Do you suppose that because Samsung has their own Galaxy 'Wearable' devices that they are not in a hurry to accommodate Fitbit?
Apps are used by all smartphones, proprietary approaches should be left out of this world.
If I want a Galaxy wearable device, I will buy one. For now, the $1300 I spent on the S20 phone, should be enough for Samsung.

Samsung galaxy s20 se does not work with fitbit. Ridiculous. Uninstalled 3 times and restarted 3 times.

Hi All
I got my S20 Ultra and Fitbit Versa 2 paired together again today.
I have reset my watch and un-installled my app.
I then went through a fresh setup on the phone (didn't have to change log
ins)
I now have my messages etc coming through again.
I have even changed my clock face to use my Bitemoji from Snapchat.
So glad to have it back.
