just purchased Samsung s20ultra, they've only been out a short time. Just wondering if any one knows if it will work with versa 2

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing connecting your Charge 4 to your new phone. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. If you still have your Samsung note 9, please make sure to remove the Charge 4 from the phone's Bluetooth menu and turn off Bluetooth when you try to connect the tracker using your new phone. I recommend doing the following:

I have tried for the last 30 minutes to connect my charge 3 to my s20 +. I got the charge 3 as a gift(it is used) but it won't connect to the Bluetooth on my phone.

I just got myself a s20 ultra. It won't pair with my versa 2. I have tried multiple re-sets of both the watch and phone and followed the correct syncing directions. It will find the watch but will not sync beyond that. Please fix!!!!!

I just purchased an S20 plus today and recently purchased a Charge 4. I can't get it to sync up. Will this be updated soon?

1st make sure your Bluetooth is set up. Than make sure it is set up with the app you use for getting your test messages. For my phone has 2 different apps. Once I got it set to the app I use all is good

Hi, I was using my Versa 2 with my Samsung A70
But since moving over onto the Samsung S20 Ultra, I have had NO syncing between my phone and watch.
Really missing my whatsapp, daily newspaper alerts coming up on my watch (especially in work) LOL
Do you know if they are going to make the fitbit compatible with the S20 Ultra?

Please stop telling people to look at the compatible device list and fix this problem already! How can a wearable not support one a product made by a major phone company? It's disgraceful.

I just upgraded to the Samsung s20+ and my Versa Lite will not receive notifications. It still communicates with the phone, but the phone doesn't seem to communicate with the watch.

I have a Versa 2 connected to a Galaxy S20. Have had no problem syncing data from the Versa to the Fitbit app installed on the S20. Am not familiar with the Charge 4, although I did have a Charge 2 several years ago and it connected just fine to the Samsung Galaxy phone I had then.
I know that many people are having difficulty connecting their various Fitbit devices to their Samsung phones, and that many Samsung phone models are not on Fitbit's approved list. I don't know what I'm doing differently than other folks, as I have had no problem pairing, connecting and syncing the numerous Fitbit devices I've owned to my various Samsung phones.

I just got the Note20 Ultra and the app will not allow me to log in. It is stating its unavailable. When will this be fixed?

Just for the record, my Fitbit Versa 2 works perfectly well with my Galaxy S20 5G. I expect my Sense to work just as well when it arrives in 2 weeks.

Problem is, it will stop working, my versa 2 worked great, then stopped reboot phone, versa 2 everything works, for a short period of time.
