Hello,
My phone is an android and it just stopped receiving text notifications on my sense.. I have tried everything- restart both phone and watch- uninstalled/ reinstalled, cleared cache on phone and fitbit app. I don't know what else to do! Help!

If you haven't already try turning off data saver on your phone and then go into your google settings and make sure you have notifications turned on.

My Samsung 22+ stopped receiving my calls & text. I tried everything on my phone for days. I finally went to notifications on my watch, held down on both sides to reveal Quick Settings. From there, I scrolled down to the DND and it was on so I turned it off and that corrected it. Hope this helps.
