Samsung Galaxy S5 can't connect via Bluetooth to my Charge HR

My battery on my Charge was almost done yesterday but I decided to charge it later. At the same time T Mobile said there is an update for my Galaxy S5 so I did this first. So now after the update my phone won't connect to my fitbit charge hr anymore. Tried all the good advices here already given. Restart, factory reset, turn all off and back on..and all the other thousand little thing you advise here, nothing helps. Now finally my bluetooth recognized and found the charge, but what a surprise...charge rejected connection. I am about to throw it away..my pencil and paper works better..frustrating..really..have to work hard for my money and then finally I decide to by one of your highly advertised trackers. We'll it worked fine for 2 month or so... I am really frustrated
