Let me help you out, try the following troubleshooting steps in order to get it fixed:
- Restart your tracker and make sure to follow the instructions that @CindyFitbit shared.
- Turn off notifications:
- On the Fitbit app dashboard, tap your tracker.
- On the device screen, tap your tracker.
- Tap Allow notifications access and turn off access to the Fitbit Notification Service.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- In the Fitbit app, tap Allow notifications access and allow access to the Fitbit Notification Service.
- Turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.
If you're still not receiving notifications, set up notifications again:
- Disconnect ("unpair") your tracker in your mobile device's Bluetooth settings. The instructions differ by device, but in most cases:
- Tap Settings > Bluetooth and find your tracker in the list of paired devices.
- Tap Forget or Forget Device to unpair your tracker.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- In the Fitbit app, tap Allow notifications access and allow access to the Fitbit Notification Service.
- Turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.
- If notifications still don't work, contact Customer Support.
