I bought a new phone, Galaxy S7, to replace my S3. The phone is synced with my charge 2, but I am not receiving the calls and text messages on the fitbit. What should I do to fix the issue?

Hello @Marksev12, good to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are experiencing issues to received notifications from your phone to your Fitbit tracker.

 

I recommend to take a look at this post from my friend @MarreFitbit for all the requirement and troubleshooting steps you need to address this issue: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
