I can't set up the caller display on my fitbit charge hr as it does not recognise Samsung S7. Do you know when this will be updated.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Choopav, hope you're doing great! Our team still testing the compatibility of the Samsung Galaxy S7. You can check our list of Compatible Devices to see which phones are compatible with Fitbit trackers. In the meantime, I recommend syncing your tracker with a computer or another compatible device.

Some trackers could sync with the phones but at the moment of experience any inconvenience is normal, since these phones are not compatible we don't guarantee their functionality with the Fitbit trackers.

Thanks for organizing the boards @SunsetRunner!

Mine has synchronised with my phone  (s7) but only for the fitness  not for the incoming calls which is one of the reasons I chose fitbit charge hr. Hope this can be resolved soon..Choopav

You right @Choopav, but as I've mentioned the Samsung Galaxy S7 is currently not a supported device. Although the S7 hasn't been fully tested and listed as supported, it wouldn't hurt to attempt to set up your S7 for syncing with these steps. Per a personal friend's experience, the S7 is syncing and fully functional with call/text notifications. Depending on your device, all features may not be fully functional. Keep an eye on this list as it will be listed there once fully tested.

Keep the stepping up!
