Why is this phone incompatible -major mobile phone company, popular model, been around a few years yet cannot use it with fitbit flex2!  Not really good enough.

Hello @janc90, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! I appreciate your feedback about the compatibility of this phone.

 

Details about why this phone is not compatible has not being released. So far the only information I got available regarding this model is that is not going to be listed as compatible. In one of my updates I mentioned you can continue using this device, but keep in mind that not all features will work as is expected or it may present some issues at the moment to sync.

 

If you are experiencing troubles, I would recommend the following post in case this is related to syncing issues: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Despite is not the best solution, as an alternative I would recommend to use a computer if the issues persists.

 

In case of having more details I will let you know. See you later.

Thank you for reply but that'should not very helpful. Is it the responsibility of the phone company or fitbit to ensure compatability? Do fitbit have any plans to expand the number of devices that are compatible?
