I have a Samsung Note 5 and bought a Fitbit Charge 2. Downloaded app, but couldn't login. Was getting message that "date/time is wrong". I had noticed that time on my phone was about 5 minutes fast, but it had never bothered me until I was unable to use my fitbit app on my phone. On forum I am seeing others also having this problem with Tablets, this should also work on Samsung tablets. This is how I fixed it. From the Home Screen, Open all apps, Go to settings, scroll over to Settings, System, then select "manually set" the date or time whichever is wrong.set the time to the correct time showing on your charge 2, tap to set it. As soon as I did this, I was able to login to my fitbit app and all was fixed. It took me a long time to figure this out, hoping others with this problem will read this and have an easy solution and save time.
