i received the charge 3 fro my husband as a gift. after not being able to add the device i contacted customer service only for the tom tell me the devices was defected. even looking on the community board it stated the note 9 has been added as a compatible device.  returned the device got a new one as was still having the same issue. I contacted customer service today and was finally told that my phone is not compatible, ughhh !

i understand my phone is not compatible but why cant i still add it to my computer ? 

 

very frustrated !

I don't understand, I've got a charge 3 and a Samsung s9, connected no problem. The only problem I've got is it will only let me do full pounds and not part ones in my weight logging
