App stops whenever I load up a map of a hike. The map loads up for 10 seconds and then I get an error message telling me the App has stopped.

A warm welcome to the Community @TheJackalAlbion! I would like you to make sure that you have the latest app version which is 2.38. If you do but your app is still crashing please post as many details as you can in this main thread as one of our moderators is investigating it.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

Yes. It is version 2.38.

The App crashes whenever I click on a map to view a hike. It just says "Unfortunately this App has stopped". Sometimes it does this immediately sometimes it takes about 10 seconds bu I have never been able to click on the split icons.

My new S7 Edge is running Android Version 6.0.1.

Is this similar to the issue that people were having before the 2.35 update??? Seems to be something wrong with the "Exercise" part of the Dashboard.
