Samsung S8 and Charge 3

I've owned my C3 for 3 days. Day one I plugged in, got firmware update and seemed ok. Yesterday I was pleased to see tracker seemed to be working fine. Today I noticed that instead of update syncing I C3 seemed to be adding onto yesterdays totals??? Then I noticed that it's not actually syncing with anything. So I forgot/reset/reinstalled and can't get past: Samsung S8: Couldn't pair with Charge 3. Check your Charge 3 settings and try again.
Plugging into cradle and 8s pressing button doesn't work.

Cleared user data and reset device. Disconnected device from fitbit app. reinstalled fitbit app. complete clean start  has cleared data and connected bluetooth.

I hope this helps. I also hope I don't have to do it too often.

There is no swim data after my morning swim.

Hello @eeycee.

Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get your Fitbit to work and sync once again.

Did all of the steps you mentioned work? Is your Fitbit syncing at the time? I'm afraid it isn't entirely clear to me.

As for the swim, did you already make sure your Fitbit synced to your account? Keep in mind that it has to sync in order for the swim data to show up on your account.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
