Samsung galaxy s7 (not the bomb) and fitbit flex 2

Hi all,
I bought the new fitbit flex 2 and i'm triying to connect it with my samsung galaxy s7 (not the bomb), so during the process the samsung found the bracelet but when i have to tap 2 times it works but after the program stills locked on "connection in progress" .
I already restarted my phone, tuned off the bluetooth and turned on.
Could someone help me?

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Not my samsung is not compatible with fitbit products Smiley Sad it's incredible...
BUT I also tried with my work phone (iphone 6s) it's the same issue

Hello, @nelex! It is nice to see you around. Your Samsung is not compatible yet, however our engineers are always working to add more devices and update this list, so keep an eye on it! Man Wink 

 

Now the iPhone 6 is compatible, you should not be having problems with it, what happens when you try to

sync?

When is fkex 2 going to be compatible with samsung s7  got my flex 2 for Christmas and am disappointed it wont sync

According to the Compatible Devices chart, it is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S7, isn't it?

Hey @lifeguard39! Thanks for stopping by. Like our good friend, @USAF-Larry said, your phone should be compatible with your Fitbit tracker. What problems are you having? Are you not able to set it up?
