MyFitnessPal is a good app. Sorry you're having problems with it, @Jadejames23

Have you searched the Fitbit Help pages for assistance? (Help is at the bottom of every screen.). The screen below may help you. Or here is a link to the MyFitnessPal troubleshooting page. Hope you get them connected!

I'm also having issues with getting the fitbit app to pull data from MyFitness Pal, it's not syncing my calories eaten properly and only seems to get a random tiny number eaten. I've tried disconnecting, uninstalling and reinstalling both apps, everything. It's really annoying because I found it very useful to see calories in vs burned but now I can't. Messaged support who were useless and just asked if I'd messaged MyFitness Pal. It worked fine before this new dashboard update 😞

I have managed to have them syncing again Smiley Very Happy

So here are the steps and I hope it helps you as well.

Log off myfitnesspal on your phone then Log on on a laptop/desktop, when online on the actual portal disconnect your fitbit app on myfitnesspal.  Then reconnect it.  Go back to double check it is resinstalled on the portal then log off.  Now log on on your device and have them sync.  Mine is now syncing correctly but has not caught up on the 3weeks prior but at least it is now working.

Hope this works for you as well
