My fitbit screen locked and then I tired to reset but account locked.
Says wrong pin too many times. No response from help or support on Twitter.. new format?
Unable to call support either.
Think there is a glitch with the fibit.

Thanks but it's still not working. It's added the pin lock into my phone and I'm still locked out of the watch. It's frozen. When I do get the pin pad it won't Tage my pin.
My phone and watched both batteries died just finished recharging them.

I’m a bit confused. Are you saying your phone is locked with a pin? Are you not able to open your phone to access your Fitbit App?
If your able to get to the Fitbit App just open the app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap the name of your Fitbit tracker then scroll down and tap Device Lock. You will find the option to reset your pin code there.
