Hi,
I've always been able to manually add an activity after finishing it (I do some sports that are not part of the list of 20 that you can select before starting). However, today I wanted to add my TRX workout after finishing it, but the search results for "add exercise" are empty. In fact, the results are empty no matter which sport I try to type (walk and run don't give any results either for instance). I was able to manually add TRX just last week without any issues.
I've already tried changing my location from France to United States, I've also already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. The search results are still empty. What can I do to get this option back?
Best,

Yes I have the same when trying to log an activity manually. I cleared the cache and stopped the app and also then uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still wont work. I suspect there has been an update that has caused it.

Please let me know what Fitbit device you're using and the version for your Fitbit app.
I checked my Fitbit app, ver 4.38, and was able to find "TRX" along with other categories when manually logging an activity. I'm using the Pixel Watch 3 & Pixel 8 phone.

Thank you for providing the info.
Another user on app ver 4.38 was experiencing a similar issue in this thread (<-- click link). They were able to resolve it by signing out of the app, doing a force stop, then signing back into the app. It might be helpful to clear the cache before doing a force stop.
Please let us know if this helped resolve the problem.

In the end, changing my location a couple of times and restarting my phone resolved the issue. Now that it's set to US, it works.
