Sense GPS track displayed inaccurately

This morning's bike ride shows a dot on the map in both the mobile and website thumbnail (never left my street). However, when I click on the map in the mobile app Screenshot_20210906-082929.pngScreenshot_20210906-082941.pngit displays the entire 25 mile road ride perfectly?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for providing screenshots. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Confirm if it is updated to the latest version: 
  3. Force stop the Fitbit app: open your phone's settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache > go back and tap Force stop. 
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
