Sense keeps disconnecting

Hello, I have had my sense since September 2020. Has worked perfect until a month ago. Now it's constantly disconnects, I no longer get notifications. I have read all the articles and have turned notificatios on and off, I have I'm paired and paired again. Still no luck. Voice calling has not worked either.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

I appreciate the detailed information shared. I'd like you to confirm that this syncing troubleshooting was followed. Once your Sense sync correctly to your phone, your notifications should start working as expected, make sure they have ben properly set by checking this article

 

Last but not least, make sure these steps were followed to set your on-wrist phone calls with your Fitbit Sense.
