My Fitbit Sense has been stuck on Celsius for at least half the year. I have made sure that all settings are correct and have updated the software. In addition, I no longer am receiving text or phone call notifications on my Sense. I have checked for settings (nothing had changed) and have uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it. Nothing has changed. I'm very frustrated because I have missed several important texts abd phone calls. Help is needed immediately..

Hello @MrsDinPA! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Thank you for letting us know that your Sense is not receiving notifications and you can't change Celsius degrees.
I appreciate all the steps you have tried before contacting us.
You can take a view to the following help article and verify all the required settings to notifications, I know you verified some settings but it is necessary to have all: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device

Hi @MrsDinPA - just to be sure on the phone, did you logout of the Fitbit App and swipe it off, then in its app settings on the phone clear the storage cache cache and force stop it?
After login check the notifications are set correctly, and the app settings units (for temperature) and also the clock face weather settings (if applicable).
Then restart and sync the watch with the app to make sure the changes are applied.

Hello @MrsDinPA
By any chance, have you tried adding your Sense as a new device in your Fitbit app? Sometimes, adding your device as if it was a new will clear out issues. Once you've added your Sense as if it was a new device, try setting up your notifications and your preferred units of measure again.

Thanks for this suggestion. I thought it might do the trick. Unfortunately, everything is still the same. Notifications are set up properly, temperature is set for Fahrenheit, and I still receive no notifications and my weather is still in Celsius.
