I got my watch at the end of June. Tech help has worked on it once and it fixed it for 2 weeks. Now it's back to not holding a charge at times. Right now it was 48 hours and it's draining.
No I don't have the score report on. I use it mostly for medical and get maybe a few texts and emails a day. It's not from use, but functions perfectly.
It seems if I charge it a day it works best, but if I over charge it, this last time 2 days, it causes the opposite reaction just like if I only charge it a few hours. This is ridiculous.
My husband and son have the step down watch and theirs work perfectly and cost $50 less!
Please someone help!

Hello @Audiesbitfit
I’m sure having persistent charging issues has to be frustrating. You mentioned that you have reached out to Fitbit Customer Service on this issue as well. I’m not sure exactly what troubleshooting tips they offered to help with the problem. I’m sure you have been instructed to restart your Fitbit Sense during these conversations as well.
The only help I can offer is this help page here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2004.htm. It offers tips and setting changes that might help you extend the battery life of your Fitbit Tracker.
If you continue to experience issues I can only suggest contacting Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I don’t work for Fitbit but it’s quite possible your Fitbit Sense needs replaced and faulty in someway.
😉 I would try the tips found in the link above on helping to extend your battery life. If that doesn’t help I’d certainly contact Fitbit Customer Service and discuss your warranty options. I hope this gets sorted out for you soon.
