Serious and kind of urgent, why isn't my heart rate daily graph updating

I had to buy a tracker specifially to track my HR for medical purposes. I'm using the Inspire 3 and it won't show the graph of heart rate for today, it is tracking my HR in real time but I need to be able to see variability in certain circumstances ( for a POTs diagnosis) I've tried restarting the app/force closing the app etc etc but nothing helps. Does anyone have an any ideas please?

Has this been fixed? Is the step count syncing?

Thank you for answering, the heart rate graph is mostly working now although it can take several hours to correctly show the day. The step count was always syncing correctly which makes me think its definitely an app issue not a band issue.
