Hi, every morning I wake and my calories are around the 400 mark. I realise I must b burning calories while sleeping but I want to reset it to 0?my steps start at 7am which is when I want my cals to start.

@Jomac18  Thanks for the reply...

 

Fitbit includes your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) in all of its calculations and you cannot change that..

 

You can calculate your BMR  from this link which uses the same equations that Fitbit use.  It's also important you keep updating your physical attributes in your settings..

 

If you need to know your Activity Calories, you will need to  subtract the BMR from your 24 hour Calorie Burn..

 

This feature  link  about 4 years ago was a "flutter" at trying to get the Activity Calories reported separately but has no traction.  Or, you can export your data and see this link which explains the data
