Setting active zone minutes goal

First off I know how to set the goal for active zone minutes in the app. Please do not direct me to instructions for setting activity goals.

I had to change my daily active zone minutes  goal. Now I want to "reset" the app back to the original 22 active zone minutes daily goal.

In the phone app 22 minutes is not an option. I can choose 20 or 25 minutes. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app. I have restarted my device. I have deleted all user data. I have deleted the device from my app and set it up as a new device.

When active zone minutes became available the daily goal (on the app) was 22 minutes. There has to be someway, through various reset options, to return it to the preset goal. Is there anyway to reset the app?

I think you are right that does not seem to be possible.  I can tell you where the 22 came from, though that will be no help.  The American Heart Assoc recommends 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week.  Originally Fitbit defaulted that to 22 per day.  But now you can no longer set weekly goals so there is no way to get back to that.  I think we used to be able to set weekly goals, but I guess that went away in one of the UI redesigns .

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
