We are setting up Hubby's Versa. He is getting call/text notifications and email notifications from his gmail. But he wants to receive messages from non gmail account. I have gone to the notifications, gmail is default, there isn't another choice. Under App Notifications Email is checked, but he is not receiving any notifications. I have unpaired, paired, restarted both phone and fitbit, turned off and on bluetooth. Can someone please help me. TIA

Let me help you with your husband's notifications.

 

Could you share a screenshots of what you are seeing on the notification options in the phone? I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on and that screenshot could help us find the best way to move forward.
