I bought recently Samsung Note 10 and Versa2, but I am facing issue with pairing my Versa2 with Note 10. Note 10 is not detecting the Versa 2. However, when tried with older Samsung generations phone it worked
Is it that Versa2 is not compatible with Note10?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your Versa 2 with your Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, we cannot ensure that you will not experience connection difficulties with it.
