Showing all calls as 'Unknown'

After the recent system update on my Galaxy S9, my Alta HR is showing all calls as "Unknown" even though the number is identified in my contacts.  Oddly enough, text messages are properly identified.  Anybody else with this odd occurrence?

This would be one of several issues which could be a setting on the phone, the Fitbit app, ore your dialer app. 

The solution would depend on what operating system is on the phone and maybe what dialer. 

Now if you have an Android phone, mine has stopped showing caller id

Alta HR has shown unknown when calls come in for quite some time. Probably the last Android update. Text messages come through just fine, so it's not a permission or connection problem. It's annoying.
