Signal broken while walking, running, bike...

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Huawei P9 Lite, Android Version 7.0

Fitbit Blaze Firmware Version 17.8.401.3

Since 2 weeks, when I walk, run or bike the connection is lost to the phone (signal broken).

The notifications are disappeared, but they are accutually on.

When I go to enable notifications I need to enable it, but then i see that they are on, so I need to disable and then enable it again. Then it works for 5 min or so again...

If I let the Fitbit App open on the notification page the signal is not broken.

Anybody else have problems with this bug?

Greetings.

Hi @Cyldor!

In this case we are not able to fully understand what is happening because the Huawei P9 Lite is not a supported device. Because the app is not fully optimized to work with your mobile we cannot guarantee that it will work 100% of the time. You can check for supported devices in this list.

Even if the hardware of the phone is the correct one and some of the features do work, the app is not fully optimized and patched to work with the mobile itself and that could be the cause for issues like this.

Thanks for your understanding. If you have any further questions please let me know.
