Sinc

Wen I try to sinc the fitbit with my phone it says sinc but then has red circle with ! In middle. What does this mean please

It's great to see you around @Happycats. If you are having problems syncing your tracker and you are seeing a "!" mark on the Dashboard that means that you can have or Internet problems or that your bluetooth is not on, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot and check that these two things are on. Also please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device.
