I recently got the new Fitbit iconic. The first night I got the sleep data with the different stages. For the following two nights it has switched back to the basic data format. I have changed nothing about my sleep or the watch. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a remedy? I have restarted my watch but didn't change any of the settings. How do I get in touch with tech support please? Between this and loading the music I am questioning whether or not to keep this new watch.

Hi, @Keilisi! Unfortunately, we all seem to get the basic sleep information occasionally for what seems like no reason. Usually it clears up in a day or two.
