My Versa is great! I am very pleased with the Fitbit Premium info to improve sleep. But, the Sleep Score has been intermittent - some days it calculates and some days it does not. When it does not, the graphic of sleep/awake is always the old style. My Versa and Fitbit App are running the latest versions, but this problem has persisted through several versions. Any tips to get Sleep Score more consistently so I can better measure my sleep? Link to Sleep Score Screenshot.

Hello @smnnkd my understanding is that Sleep stages are needed for a sleep score.
Check that the heat rate is on. Them let's bring up a day in question. Look below thre graph. There should ne a note on why simple sleep.

Hello @Rich_Laue. I do not see a setting for "Heat Rate". After going to a day where there was no sleep score but there was sleep time recorded, there was no note regarding "why simple sleep". You are talking about the Android app, and not the Fitbit Versa watch, correct?
