Is anyone else having issues with sleep statistics not being reported correctly? My Charge 4 appears to be collecting the data but now skips reporting details. I have been averaging over 6 hours a night and the batteries are fully charged. Resetting does not seem to help so is it the watch or the app that is not working correctly?

Same on my Charge 5.
Chat support gave me a link that didn't help. Will try calling support.

I also have a Charge 4 and am having trouble with the sleep analysis, sleep timing, and health metrics. It starts my "sleep time" HOURS after I go to sleep. Since I am an early riser, it doesn't analyze the data if I wake up less than 3 hours after IT says I fell asleep. And even on the nights it starts gathering data more than that before I wake up, Health Metrics may or (usually) may not show any metrics... Almost positive this is all part of the issues with the update, and even though someone at Fitbit announced release of another update (3.66) it is NOT available on the Google play store as of this morning (8/26/2022). I have tried everything suggested as far as checking for updates, rebooting, force stopping then restarting... and nothing helped...

Sleep statistics worked correctly yesterday even though I took no further action. Is it that the app glitches for multiple people at the same time or that it just glitches often? I hadn't really noticed until last week.

Now on version 3.67 and this is still a problem. Three conversations with CS , jumping through all the hoops they suggested (and waiting 2-3 days each time as they said it would take for the data to start showing up?????) I am still getting only one short "time asleep" each night... 😡

It only worked one night on the other wrist. Still not working...

It worked correctly for a few days last week, then started messing up again. This time it shows some time asleep, usually before midnight, then another short sleep time just before I get up, even though I am asleep as normal all night. And, of course, these short times are not long enough to process the sleep analysis or health metrics. I was a computer software consultant for 28 years, and with the speed of the updates being released lately, it sure looks like the new software is NOT being fully tested before release...
