Sleep details weren't logged

Hi I have recently brought a fitbit inspire so that I can monitor my sleep pattern but am having some difficulty viewing my summary. I set my app to go to sleep then when I wake I go to view my summary and a message comes up saying my server has not logged my sleep plz can someone advise me why this is happening thank you

I'm glad to hear that you got the Inspire, and I'm sorry for the difficulties experienced with the sleep details. This is unusual, and let me help you out with this situation. Before anything else, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. Once that is done, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Force stop.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  5. Sync your Inspire and check your sleep details.

 

If you keep getting the same error message, please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply so I can take a deeper look.
