Sleep not tracked

Hi, I believe sleep should be tracked automatically but every morning when I sync my fitbit, I get 0 record of sleep.

I want that to accurately calculate so not manually setting myself im going sleep/im awake button.

What should I do to get that work?

Hi, @kigarashi! Yes, sleep should be tracked automatically with all of the trackers at this point, with the exception of the Zip, I believe. What tracker do you have?

Hi there,
I use versa.
I have been wearing it over several days but my sleep got never recorded.
I read in the community article that there are some issues with this
feature and tried some work around that were mentioned but none of them
helped so far.

Hmm, that's really strange. As long as your battery is charged and you're wearing the tracker, it should be recording sleep. The only additional thing I could recommend is restarting your tracker a few times and trying the next night. Beyond that, it's a matter of contacting customer support directly. If you do end up doing that, make sure you give them a list of the troubleshooting you have already done and the things you have checked (like battery level), or that will be their first response. Good luck and let us know if anything does the trick!
