I just traveled to another time zone 2h away then back. I have tried my phone (Pixel 7 Pro) in "auto" location and with my timezone selected manually.
I am getting all sleep reminders 2h early. The times in the app also do not save correctly. I select 21:30 and it saves 19:30. Same for bedtime and wake up time. It literally shifts all times BACK 2 hours.
So my reminders are all off...I have even turned them off and still they come.
The watch *is* in sync. Making it sync manually does not improve things.

Hi @UncleEvan - how strange. Have your tried to turn on automatic time zone again, logout of the Fitbit App, clear the Fitbit App storage cache and force stop it, and restart both phone and watch and sync again?
