Sleep stages (light, deep, REM) have gone back to the earlier version (asleep, awake, restless) on my Fitbit Android app. Does anyone know why this happened? Has it happened to you aswell?

Something similar, my community tab has reverted back to old version friends tab. No idea how this happened. Would love to get the new version of android app.

Mine reverted back this morning too. Yesterday I asked coworkers if they liked the new information and none of them had the new rem, deep, or light, but I did. Now this morning I don't either. Hopefully just a glitch that will get resolved.

Same thing happened to me this morning. I had the "new" sleep stages graph on my Android app, even though friends didn't, for a little over a week. Now I'm back to the old limited graph that no longer displays the time you were in the stage when you hover in the mobile app. and is inaccurate for total sleep by about 3 hours. This is crazy! The "Light, Deep,REM" stage graphs were really nice and much more informative. I really hope they change to it permanently. I don't understand why things are changing back and forth so frequently.

Something happened to me this morning. I have had the sleep stages for about 2 weeks, then it was back to the old version this morning.
Really want the new one back.

Same - I had the new sleep tracker for about a week and really liked it. This morning it was back to the old style. I saw something about this new feature being rolled out for certain models, mine included (Charge 2). No idea why I would have it and then not. Same thing on app and online dashboard.

This happened to me today when I went to look at last night's sleep. I am on the borderline of apnea so when they changed to the new tracking I loved it because it felt a lot more informative over just sleep and restless. I hope this is just a bug and they fix it soon.

Mine are still the old style. Like everyone else I had the new more detailed sleep cycles for a week. Then yesterday it reverted back. Did you reinstall the app or something. Would love to get the new graphs back.

I did not reinstall the app. I didn't do anything specific, it just reappeared. Hope yours will come back as well.

App update this morning caused my sleep stages to go back to old version. I tried resetting 3 times with no luck. Hopefully they are working on it.

I have exactly the same issue, some days the New view of there, others it isn't. Had anyone received an explanation from Fitbit?
I wondered if it was because the app is on both my phone and tablet and it depends which one the alta hr syncs with I've tried downloading a later release to my andriod phone but out just says it is already installer.

I have a new Fitbit (old one broke) and have wasted over an hour trying to get the graph for sleep patterns. Now I have found this community forum and found it's a glitch of some sort. I hope they bring it back.
